The company successfully transported our embryos from Moscow to Batumi! Organizing the transportation was very easy, and the team helped us with the documents.

Ekaterina Sidenko

We contacted the company based on several recommendations, both from international transportation companies in the United States and from our clinic in Moscow. Sergey always responded promptly, clearly, and professionally. The delivery was organized with great care and coordinated with all parties involved. Everything went quickly and smoothly, without giving us any reason to worry.

Nadezhda Vorobjeva

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sergey and his team for their exceptional professionalism, reliability, and personal approach at every stage of the process. I am very satisfied with Cryo-Transport’s services. My case was highly complex, particularly because of the current political situation. Sergey provided me with the correct instructions in advance, including the necessary steps, documents, and requirements. This allowed me to clarify everything beforehand with both the sending and receiving clinics, even before placing the order. I was very worried that unexpected difficulties might arise along the way. However, the order and shipment were handled smoothly and have now been successfully completed. Thank you very much!

It took me a year and three months to write this review—and for good reason: I wanted to wait until everything was complete. Sergey was exceptional throughout the embryo transportation process. His communication was always clear, prompt, and reassuring. I had an excellent experience with Cryo Transport and wanted to leave a meaningful review once we could confirm that our embryos had arrived safely and intact—and, most importantly, once we were able to welcome our child. Today, we are delighted to share that we recently welcomed our beautiful daughter thanks to the embryos Cryo Transport delivered for us. Thank you for transporting them safely and with such great care. Because of you, we have our precious daughter, and we are deeply grateful!

Sergey was highly communicative and responsive 24/7 throughout our transatlantic shipment. His communication was clear, and he showed great patience with our clinic despite several issues on their side. His price was the lowest among the quotes we received, yet he still far exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend his services highly enough—if you are choosing between several options, choose him. Sergey is the person you need!

Throughout the entire process, they were polite, respectful, and incredibly attentive to our needs. It is rare to find such a combination of expertise, punctuality, and courtesy. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for outstanding quality and a stress-free experience!

Aleksandr Brilliantov

I can never thank Sergey, Faik, and the team enough for transporting our embryos. Everything went smoothly, and they were very responsive throughout the entire process.

Ciara Boylan

Sergey and his professional team arranged the simultaneous transportation of our cryopreserved biomaterials from Germany to Russia and from Israel to Germany. The latter shipment was organized in just two days after another courier company cancelled our transport from Israel at the last minute due to concerns about high-risk travel. Sergey was incredibly responsive and supported us at every stage, answering nearly all our questions around the clock. He and the couriers kept us continuously updated throughout the entire process, sending scans of the documents and even videos. I highly recommend the Cryo-Transport team’s services!

Cryo Transport has consistently proven to be a reliable partner for the safe worldwide shipment of medical cells. Their services are both dependable and affordable. The manager, who is remarkably kind and honest, personally supervises the transportation of the container and ensures that it is delivered efficiently to its intended destination. We greatly appreciate their meticulous work and efficient delivery service. Their professionalism is evident in the exceptional care they take with the medical cells they transport. Overall, I highly recommend Cryo Transport to others and hope they continue helping many people in need.

Dear Sergey and team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for this difficult work, which was carried out with clarity and professionalism. When it comes to embryo transportation, beyond the administrative formalities, the client experiences a great deal of emotional stress because their future literally depends on it. Any uncertainty is felt very intensely. Even small details or particular words can cause panic, while unclear information can create anxiety. Thanks to your support, all of this was avoided, and the process of organizing the delivery remained positive throughout. In my opinion, it is precisely this atmosphere of partnership that creates an excellent foundation for the next stage in the journey toward a new life. Thank you for not being afraid of the complexity of my case and for completing everything accurately and on time!

This is my second time using their services. Sergey Malozemov is always available personally, and any questions are answered immediately. Yes, it's expensive, but that's to be expected, as we're delivering biological material, and there are many nuances that the team understands perfectly, especially when it comes to international delivery. I have the utmost confidence in the company. Also very important is the personalized delivery, so there's no waiting; your order is fulfilled immediately and on time as quickly as possible. Thank you.

I struggled for years, trying everything. Sergey Malozemov solved everything on the first try, at a fixed price. I contacted this company on a recommendation, so I didn't hesitate for a second. Thank you so much!!! I wish you prosperity!!!

This is the second time I’ve used the company’s services. Sergey Malozemov is always personally available, and any questions are answered almost immediately. Yes, the service is expensive, but that’s understandable when biological material is being transported, as there are many important details to consider. The team clearly knows exactly how to handle them, especially when it comes to international shipping, which gives me complete confidence in the company. Another major advantage is that the delivery is arranged individually, so there is no need to wait. The order is handled right away and completed as quickly as possible. Thank you!
