Sergey and his professional team organized a transportation of our cryopreserved biomaterial simultaneously from Germany to Russia and from Israel to Germany. The latter was arranged in just 2 days after another courier company cancelled our transportation from Israel at the last minute due to high-risk travel concerns. Sergey was incredibly supportive and available almost 24/7 for any questions. He and the couriers consistently kept us informed, updating us at every step, sending scans of documents, and even videos. I highly recommend the services of the Cryo Transport team!
